Windows XP Photo Upload

If you are running Microsoft Windows XP™, you can upload your files quicker on PartyFolio.com.

1) You need to download a registry file from here. By downloading and installing this file you agree with the Terms of service.

2) Save the file on your hard disk then open it by double-clicking. You will be prompted whether you want to insert this information into the registry. You should click "Yes" to install the PartyFolio settings.

At this point, the settings are installed and you will not need to repeat these steps later

3) Navigate to your photo folder on your hard drive. Depending on your selection, you will see in the left column "Publish this folder to the web" or "Publish this file / the selected items to the web".

4) Click on the "Publish... to the web" option, select up to ten files at once in the wizard (yes, that's right, you can upload more files at once using this option!), then choose "PartyFolio Quick-Uploader" from the Service providers list.

5) In the next wizard window you are able to set tags for each of the uploaded files.

6) At the end you will be presented with an URL where you can see the list of the successfully uploaded files and retrieve the link to each individual file. Please note that this list is temporary and it makes no sense saving its URL for later reference.

7) Copy, store and use the links to each individual file.

Feel free to review the .reg file using notepad (right-click on it from Windows Explorer and choose Edit). It should only contain 4 directives referring to PartyFolio.com. We guarantee that the default settings we have provided do not install any spyware or adware, but only the upload settings. We do not provide an uninstaller, but you can follow the general instructions on editing the registry options to manually remove the PartyFolio settings later. But why would you do that? We're such a fine service ;-)

And yes, some people might still find it complicated - it's no headache using our regular upload form below :)
